Every Summer Cameron’s Seafood (1978 E Colorado Blvd, Pasadena, 91107) features a salmon lover’s favorite: wild-caught salmon from the 300 mile Copper River migration route in Alaska. The menu offers it grilled, but you can have them cook it a variety of ways. This fillet has a remarkable flavor and texture, and is only available while supplies last-maybe another couple of weeks.
Another seasonal favorite is soft-shell crab, which will be available for a short time longer.
Brand new to the menu is fresh Mediterranean Sea Bass, known locally as “Branzini.” This flakey and meaty white fillet is very light and moist. Grilled and served over sautéed vegetables, it has a delicate flavor that is perfect for a light lunch or late dinner. As always, Cameron’s serves their regular menu of a multitude of fish, shellfish, chowder, chicken and steaks. But for something special, visit soon for one of the three celebrated summer selections.
Open daily for lunch and dinner, and Sunday brunch. For reservations or more information call 626-793-3474.
