Trader Joe’s Recall
Antonelli’s and Sons, a South San Francisco, Calif. establishment, is recalling approximately 3,534 pounds of a raw stuffed chicken product because of misbranding and undeclared ingredients, including known allergens. The product may contain the following undeclared ingredients: milk, soy and monosodium glutamate (MSG), which are not noted on the label.
The product subject to recall is:
” Approx. 1-lb. trays of “TRADER JOE’S CRANBERRY APPLE STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST,” with a Use By date of 06/13/12 through 06/23/12 located on a sticker in the top right corner of the package.
The product subject to recall bears the establishment number “P-22018” inside the USDA mark of inspection. The product was packaged between June 1, 2012, and June 11, 2012, and was distributed to retail establishments in Arizona, California, Oregon and Washington. When available, the retail distribution list will be posted on FSIS’ website at www.fsis.usda.gov/FSIS_Recalls/Open_Federal_Cases/index.asp.
