Chu Resigns from Monterey Park Council

Montery Park Councilwoman Betty Chu resigned from her position on the City Council Monday.
“I am herewith submitting my resignation as a Council Member of the City of Monterey Park, effective immediately,” Chu’s letter read.
Chu’s position is up for reelection in March 2013.
