On June 7, HMH and Pasadena Fire will be supporting the American Heart Association and LACO EMS Agency’s drive for educating the community in the skill of CPR on Side Walk CPR Day. There is a push on Side Walk CPR Day for all LA County health care providers to be a part of this day and we are thankful that we will have the opportunity. The hope is that the more lay person CPR is performed, the better patient outcomes will be when experiencing sudden cardiac arrest.
We will be providing this service on the corner of California Blvd and Fairmont Avenue near the front of HMH (in front of the artwork). Please forward this email to anyone you know who may be interested in learning. We will be providing “hands-only CPR” instruction (no certification will be obtain rather the skill will be taught).
