The Sierra Madre Kiwanis Club is sponsored a forum Tuesday with the candidates for the newly drawn districts for Congress, State Senate and State Assembly. Though not all candidates were able to attend, Kiwanis Club did get representatives from most of the candidates who didn’t /couldn’t make an appearance.
Candidates for the newly drawn 41st District ( formerly 59th District Tim Donnally )in the California Assembly present at the event were Chris Holden, Donna Lowe, Mike Cacciotti and Ed Colton. Rusnak was a no show. The only candidates for senate District 25 ( formerl District 29 represented by Bob Huff) who attended the forum was Ameenah Fuller and for the Congressional seat in district 27( formerly 26th district represented by David Dreier) Bob Duran and Jack Orswell made nan appearance for the Sierra Made voters.
