Coroner Says Kendrec McDade was Hit with Seven Bullets but not in Back

The Los Angels Coroner has released the findings of the Kendrec McDade autopsy which has been sealed for an extended period.
The Coroner’s Report documented that McDade sustained seven gunshot wounds. Three of the wounds were fatal due to lacerated arteries, including two to his lower abdomen and one to his upper right arm, back to front. The autopsy showed there were no gunshot wounds to the back.
In addition to the Coroner’s Report, the remaining on-going investigations include the U.S. Department of Justice’s Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI); the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office and the County’s Office of Independent Review Group. The Pasadena Police Department’s Internal Affairs and Criminal Divisions are also conducting investigations.
Late Wednesday, May 9 , the Pasadena Police Department received a copy of the autopsy report and is currently engaged in a thorough review.
