Mayor Bogaard started Restaurant Week off by creating a masterful Salmon dish early Monday morning. Assisting gastro-Mayor Bogarrd with some of the finer points was chef James Lambrinos and Restauranteur Robert Simon of a/k/a American Bistro in Old Pasadena.
