At approximately 5:40 a.m. Tuesday Dec 27, Pasadena Police Officers
responded to reports of gunshots in the area of Marengo Ave. and Dearborn St.
Officers conducted an extensive area check and found a male Hispanic,
approximately 20 years old deceased in the 100 block of Dearborn.
Detectives are investigating the incident as a homicide. The unidentified victim
was shot a least once, but the coroner will determine the exact cause of death and
the victim’s identification.
