STRANGER ATTEMPTS TO LURE MINOR FROM LOCAL FOOTBALL GAME
PASADENA, CA – On October 7, 2011, an eleven year old male was attending a football game at La Salle High School. He walked away from his parents to contact friends near the school parking lot at approximately 8:00 p.m. Prior to contacting his friends, a male suspect described as Caucasian, mid 60’s, 5’9, 130-140 lbs., short gray hair, with thin eyebrows, came out of some nearby bushes and placed his hand on the juvenile’s arm. When the suspect directed the boy to go with him, the boy pushed the suspect away and ran back toward the field. The suspect entered an older model, small size, dark pick-up truck and drove away eastbound on Sierra Madre Blvd. No similar incidents were reported to the police.
A computer generated composite of the suspect’s likeness was completed and is attached to this press release.
Anyone with information regarding this incident, or possible identification of the composite, is asked to contact the Pasadena Police Department at (626) 744-4241.
