The seven-member Royal Court will be announced from those finalists on Oct. 10. The Rose Queen will be named in a Tournament House ceremony on Oct. 18.

The Queen and Court will reign over the 2012 Rose Parade and Rose Bowl Game on Jan. 2, since New Year’s Day falls on a Sunday.

The 2012 parade, the 123rd, is themed “Just Imagine.”
