ARCADIA’S ARROYO PLUMBING NAMED SMALL BUSINESS OF THE YEAR FOR THE 44TH ASSEMBLY DISTRICT
Assemblymember Anthony Portantino (D- La Cañada Flintridge) has named Kevin Zimmerman and Arroyo Plumbing, as the 44th Assembly District Small Business of the Year. Zimmerman was honored Monday morning in ceremonies at California Small Business Day in Sacramento.
“I am pleased to recognize Kevin Zimmerman for his dedication and hard work in Arcadia and the San Gabriel Valley,” stated Assemblymember Portantino. “Kevin is a success not only because of his business acumen, but because he gives back to the community through his dedication to the Arcadia Chamber of Commerce where he has served as board member and Chamber President.”
Kevin grew up in Alhambra and had a knack for taking things apart and putting them back together at a young age. He stayed local, moved to Monrovia, then Arcadia and grew his business by doing work for the City of Arcadia as well as the Tournament of Roses. Arroyo Plumbing is a family-owned business with Kevin as President and his wife, Linda Young Zimmerman as Vice-President. Congratulations from the California State Assembly.
