Lutheran Church of the Cross in Arcadia will present a ‘Living Last Supper’ at 7pm on April 21 in the Church Sanctuary. This special Maundry Thursday service during Holy Week is a re enactment of when Jesus has his last supper with his 12 Apostles and tells them that one of them will betray Him.
Each of the Apostles will deliver a biblically-based soliloquy in which he asks himself: “Is it I?”
Participants in the presentation will be men of the congregation and the Pastors.
Holy Communion, open to all who desire, will be part of the conclusion of the service.
The dramatic re-creation is free and open to the public. Lutheran Church of the Cross is located at 66W. Duarte Road in Arcadia. For more information call 447-7232
