Teenager Killed in Arcadia Sunday Night
Coroners officials identified a 16-year-old girl who was struck and killed by a car as she crossed a street in designated crosswalk inArcadia.
Alice Zhang was hit at about 6:45 p.m. Sunday in the 600 block of West Duarte Road and died a short time later.
.The 20 year old driver was questioned, but was not arrested. The investigation continues
