for Governor to ‘return to earth’

Antonovich in response to Governor Brown’s signing of Assembly Bill 109, transferring state prisoners to local jails. “The time is now for the Governor to return to earth and get real by keeping felons in state prison, eliminating the deficit, job killing red tape, and excessive taxation.”
