

Arraignment Friday Morning….
The four environmental activists were finally arrested Wednesday evening after a day-long standoff with sheriff’s deputieswill face charges in Alhambra Friday.
Andrea Bowers, 45, of Los Angeles; John Quigley, 50, of Eagle Rock; Julia Posin, 23, of Venice Beach; Travis Jochimsen, 28, of Lancaster are each charged with one count of obstructing a police officer and one count of trespassing, according to Temple City Sheriff’s .
All four are being held at the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Temple City Station. Bail has been set at $10,000 for each suspect and the four are due in court in Alhambra on Friday.
The two men and two women were part of a group of environmentalists who vehemently opposed the county’s plan to clear a pristine woodland for use as a debris dump.
