On Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at approximately 5:20 p.m., Arcadia Police officers responded to an apartment in the 800 block of Fairview Avenue on the report of an unconscious subject inside.  Responding officers discovered a subject, later identified as Victim Brian Kelly, deceased.

Preliminary investigation revealed the victim had been bludgeoned.  Evidence collected during the course of the investigation implicated the victim’s younger brother, Michael, as a possible suspect.  Michael left the scene prior to the arrival of police and has not been apprehended.  A felony warrant for his arrest has been issued.

This case is under investigation by Detectives from the Arcadia Police Department. Anyone with information should call 626-574-5150.
