Arcadia City Council Candidate, Paul Cheng, held his campaign fundraiser this past Sunday evening, January 31, 2010. Over four hundred supporters were in attendance at the event, which was held at Embassy Suites on Huntington Drive in Arcadia.
Supporting organizations also in attendance included Families with Special Children Association, Arcadia Lions Club, Arcadia Kiwanis Club, Arcadia High School’s own break dance crew, and many local church groups. The fundraiser was complete with a live band that performed jazz music, pop, and classic rock.
Over twenty elected officials were also in attendance, including the Honorable Congresswoman Judy Chu, South Pasadena Councilmember Michael Cacciotti, State Controller John Chiang, Pasadena Area Community College District Board of Trustee Dr. Anthony Fellow, and San Marino Councilmember Dr. Richard Sun.
